1. Platform Plans

1.1 Monthly Plans

  • No Refunds on Monthly Plans: Monthly plan fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • You retain full access to the platform until the end of your purchased period.

  • To raise any concern regarding a monthly plan payment, please contact us at support@verifiedacres.com.

1.2 Annual Plans

  • 14-Day Refund Window: If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of plan purchase.

  • Prorated Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day window, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual term may be requested.

Example: If you request a refund after 3 months, you may receive a refund for the remaining 9 months (minus applicable processing fees).

1.3 How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted by email: support@verifiedacres.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your registered account email address

  • Plan name and purchase date

  • Order ID / Payment ID

  • Reason for refund request (optional)

Our support team will respond within 24 business hours.

Annual Plan:

  • Refund Window: 14 days

  • Refund Amount: 100%

  • Conditions: Any reason

Annual Plan:

  • Refund Window: After 14 days

  • Refund Amount: Prorated

  • Conditions: Unused months

Monthly Plan:

  • Refund Window: N/A

  • Refund Amount: None

  • Conditions: Access until period end

Discovery Fee:

  • Refund Window: None

  • Refund Amount: None

  • Conditions: Shortlisting begins


Due Diligence:

  • Refund Window: 7 days

  • Refund Amount: 100%

  • Conditions: Report delivered


Clearance Services:

  • Refund Window: Timeline failure only

  • Refund Amount: 100%

  • Conditions: We miss 90–180 day guarantee

3. Professional Services

Due Diligence

  • Refund Window: 7 days from report delivery.

  • Amount: 100% refund if requested within the window.

  • To initiate: Email support@verifiedacres.com with your report reference number.

Clearance Services

  • Refund Trigger: Refund is applicable only in the event that Verified Acres fails to meet the committed 90–180 day timeline guarantee.

  • Amount: 100% refund of the clearance service fee in case of timeline failure.

  • To initiate: Email support@verifiedacres.com with your clearance service ID.

Discovery Fee

  • The discovery fee is non-refundable as value is delivered immediately upon shortlisting beginning.

4. Processing Details
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.

  • Bank Processing: Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.

  • No Cash Refunds: All refunds are processed via the original payment method.

  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency (INR).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Monthly plan payments (access is provided until the end of the purchased period)

  • Discovery and platform access fees (value is delivered immediately upon activation)

  • Government filing fees and statutory charges

  • Third-party service costs (aggregator commissions, legal filings)

  • Services already rendered (completed due diligence reports, submitted clearance applications)

6. Special Circumstances
  • Platform Unavailability: A full refund will be issued if the platform is unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours.

  • Force Majeure: Requests arising from extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team.
