1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Verified Acres website, platform, and related services (“Service” or “Platform”), operated by VERIFIED ACRES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at 80-B, NR Dr.CG High School, Sardarnagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 382475 (“Verified Acres”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, or subscribing to any plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the organization you represent.
You are responsible for ensuring that your registration information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Nature of the Service
Verified Acres provides a B2B land intelligence platform for developers and other professional users, offering:
Access to mapped land parcels and related attributes.
Geospatial layers, analytics, and suitability/risk scoring.
Tools to shortlist, compare, and evaluate potential sites.
We may update or modify features from time to time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially degrade the core functionality of your subscribed plan.
4. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Billing
4.1 Plans
We may offer Free, Trial, and Paid subscription plans (monthly, annual, or custom enterprise). Plan details, pricing, and inclusions are described on our website or in our commercial proposal.
4.2 Billing
By subscribing to a Paid plan, you authorise us and/or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method.
All fees are stated in
[INR]and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required.Fees are typically billed in advance for the applicable subscription term (e.g., monthly or annually), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date or we have agreed otherwise in writing.

info@verifiedacres.comwithin the notice period specified in your plan (e.g., 7 days before renewal).
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Payment Gateway Compliance)
5.1 General Rule – No Refunds
Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non‑refundable once charged, including in cases of partial use, non‑use, or downgrade during an active billing period.
5.2 Pro‑Rata Refunds in Limited Cases
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund in the following limited situations:
Duplicate or erroneous charge due to a technical or processing error.
Denied access caused solely by a Verified Acres system issue lasting more than
[X]consecutive days, where we are unable to restore access within a reasonable remedy period.Any specific refund scenario expressly agreed in writing in a separate order form or enterprise agreement.
5.3 Free Trials and Upgrades
If you upgrade from a Free or Trial plan to a Paid plan, the new billing cycle and fees will apply from the date of upgrade.
Trial periods, if offered, are free and do not involve any charges until you convert to a Paid plan.
5.4 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at support@verifiedacres.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Paid features until then.
No refunds will be issued for unused days or unused features for the remaining period, except as explicitly described above.
5.5 Payment Gateway Requirements
By proceeding with a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and accept our refund and cancellation terms as required for payment gateway integration and compliance.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code, underlying models, or trade secrets.
Scrape, copy, bulk‑download, or systematically harvest data from the Platform except as allowed via in‑product export features or a separate written agreement.
Share your login credentials or grant access to any unauthorised third party.
Introduce viruses, malware, or otherwise interfere with the Platform’s operation or security.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including software, designs, datasets (excluding your own uploaded data), analytics, risk scoring models, and documentation, are owned by Verified Acres or our licensors.
You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable plan restrictions.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Platform, except as explicitly permitted in a separate agreement.
8. User Data and Content
You remain the owner of all data and content you upload to the Platform (“Customer Data”).
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and analyse Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to upload and use such data.
Data handling and privacy are further described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation. Planned maintenance or unforeseen outages may occur.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible, particularly for major changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Verified Acres shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim (or the equivalent cap required/allowed under applicable law).
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verified Acres, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms or applicable law;
Your upload or use of Customer Data;
Any breach of your representations or warranties.
12. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect as long as you use the Platform or maintain an active account.
We may suspend or terminate your access with notice (or immediately in cases of serious breach, fraud, or security risk).
Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends. We may retain certain data for legal, security, or backup reasons as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good‑faith negotiations for at least 30 days before resorting to litigation or arbitration.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified via email or in‑app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
